Radon Mitigation & Testing Specialist

LeAnna joined AmeriSpec as a certified Radon Measurement Specialist in July 2016 (license #348). She became a licensed Radon Mitigation Specialist for SRE HomeServices in January 2017 (license #151).

LeAnna was born in Ulysses, Kan. and grew up in York, Neb. She attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.  She spends her spare time volunteering with the Red Cross Disaster Relief, playing racquetball and reading.

With more than 10 years of experience in radon measurement and mitigation, we are excited to have her on our Lincoln team.

Erik Cody, SRE HomeServicesErik Cody
Radon Mitigation & Testing Specialist

Erik Cody joined the SRE HomeServices team in January 2017. He is a licensed Radon Mitigation Specialist (license #128), as well as a Radon Measurement Specialist (license #327).

Erik was born in Omaha and grew up in Valley. He graduated from Valley High School.

Erik has installed more than 2,000 radon mitigation systems while working for one of the busiest contractors in the region.  He also has several years of experience in carpentry and basement waterproofing.

His hobbies include watching sports, outdoor activities, boating and water sports, and riding ATVs.

All of the licensed radon testing professionals at SRE HomeServices are also home inspectors for AmeriSpec Home Inspections in Omaha and Lincoln.

Kevin WileyKevin Wiley

After spending five years as a housing quality standards specialist for the Omaha Housing Authority, Kevin joined the AmeriSpec team in July 2012. Kevin has successfully completed the AmeriSpec technical training program for inspectors and is an ASHI Certified Inspector (I.D. #253302).

A native of Omaha, Kevin graduated from Northwest High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in project management, as well as an associate’s degree in business from Bellevue University.


Eric Knoll 2012Eric B. Knoll

An Omaha native, Eric has been employed at AmeriSpec since December 2005. He has five years of experience as a home inspector, and 17 years of experience in carpentry and new construction warranty.

Eric is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (I.D. #247358), and also is certified in radon testing.

He earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.


Kevin MullenKevin Mullen

Kevin Mullen became a certified home inspector in July 2013 (I.D. #253240). He was hired in March 2012 as an inspector assistant, with the intention of developing an apprentice program in support of our certified home inspectors.

Born in Des Moines, IA, Kevin graduated from St. Albert High School in Council Bluffs, IA and has attended Iowa Community College and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.


Jeff KramerJeff Kramer

Jeff joined the AmeriSpec/TNT team in Lincoln. He became a certified home inspector in 2013 (I.D. #257161).Jeff has an extensive background in claims adjusting for heating/ventialtion/air conditioning, and has more than 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction.

Born in Lincoln, Jeff graduated from Waverly High School and attended Southeast Community College.

Mitch Lawrence graduated from our Apprentice Program. Mitch is the son of Scott Lawrence, a Realtor at NP Dodge. He became a certified Home Inspector in August 2015 (I.D. #257163.)

Born in Omaha, Mitch graduated from Skutt High School. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Metro Community College.


Peter McLeay

Peter McLeay

Peter joined AmeriSpec in February 2014.  Born and raised in Omaha, Peter graduated from Creighton Prep in 2007 and completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012.

Peter  has three years of construction experience. He joined AmeriSpec through our Apprentice Program, and became a Certified Home Inspector in August 2015 (I.D. # 254467).


Joe Green

Joe Green

Joe joined the AmeriSpec team in August 2015 and brings with him more than 10 years of construction experience, as well as inspection experience in the insurance industry. His primary experience with residential construction focused on both new construction and additions, as well as remodeling kitchens and baths, plumbing, electrical and decks. During his time as an insurance inspector, he focused on exterior evaluations to include roofs.  His experience in these areas encompasses the key components we look for in a home inspector.

Joe was born in Anchorage, Alaska and grew up in Bellevue.  He graduated from Bellevue High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from UNO.  He’s a fisherman and an avid sports fan and likes to camp and travel on his off time.

Ian Gilgallon

Ian joined AmeriSpec Omaha and Lincoln in July 2016.

Ian comes to us with more than three years of construction experience. He also serves part-time in the U.S. Army Reserves.  He is originally from Royal Oak MI and  attended Michigan State University.

Currently Ian and his wife live in Lincoln. He is very involved in the community.  He volunteers his time as an adult leader for Boy Scout troop #51, is an avid computer gamer. Weather permitting, Ian also swims, camps, hikes and cycles.

John Sutko

John Sutko

John is a 2008 graduate of Creighton University. He spent the last three years working as an accountant for Kiewit Construction Company in their Joint Ventures Group here in Omaha.  With a better-than-average understanding of residential construction practices, John’s ability to be a quick learner and good people skills make him an excellent candidate for a home inspector.
